Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 October 2026
1. Who we are
The Formulary. (“we”, “us”) runs this website and online shop. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the site or place an order, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The controller responsible for your data is [Company name], [Street address], [Postal code, City], [Country]. You can reach us about privacy at [privacy email].
2. What we collect
Order details you enter at checkout: name, email address, shipping address and, if you choose to give it, phone number.
Payment details, which are entered directly with PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
Your bag, which is saved only in your own browser (local storage) until you check out. It is not sent to us.
Technical data such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider logs briefly to keep the site secure.
3. Why we use it
We use your data to process and ship your order, send your order confirmation, answer your questions, meet our tax and accounting obligations, and keep the website secure.
Our legal bases are the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interest in running a secure shop (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Who we share it with
PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., which processes your payment as an independent controller under its own privacy statement.
Framer B.V., which hosts this website and provides privacy-friendly, cookie-free visitor statistics.
Google, which serves the fonts used on this site; your browser connects to Google’s servers to load them.
The shipping carrier that delivers your order, which receives your name and address.
5. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your bag and your most recent order are stored in your browser’s local storage so the shop works between pages; you can clear them at any time in your browser settings. PayPal may set its own cookies while you pay.
6. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which in Italy is generally ten years. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to receive it in a portable format and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights, write to [privacy email].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our shop or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
